We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each purchase. For that reason, you may return any item by bringing it in or shipping it to the store.
Items must be:
- Returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Accompanied by a receipt, packing list, or other proof of purchase.
- In saleable condition.
If, during the COVID-19 health crisis, you cannot come into the store to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your return (what title or item you are returning, when it was purchased, if it was purchased via phone, website, or in-person, etc.) and we will see what accomodations we can make for your return.
Items purchased on our website that meet our return guidelines may be returned in-store for store credit, or for a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account within a few business days. To locate your web order for refund purposes we will either need a receipt, or the web order number, and the name the order was placed under. Shipping charges will not be included in the total refund amount unless the wrong book or a damaged book was shipped.
