Mid-Month Check-In: I'm a list person, so this is really working for me. It helps me to stay on track and remember that when it looks like the sky is falling, I have my list of the week to reference and remember I have a lot to be happy about, too. The once-a-week list making is something I can sustain. If it were everyday, I'd be less likely to use it effectively.
