This is the most interesting and potentially consequential book I've read in quite some time. Matthew Walker presents a compelling case that the power of sleep and dreams, properly utilized, can positively enhance the everyday lives of individuals as well as society at large. I found the narrative to be well structured, clear, concise, accessible, and exciting. Read this book and you will change the way you think about sleep.
