On Saturday, October 17, 2009 Tom Killion led a Bookshop Outdoors Hike & Sketch event through the Pogonip.

The best part was listening to Tom share about the creation of his art, the process of viewing a landscape, deciding on the colors, noticing the layers, the composition of the sketch, preparing the press, printing the layers of color, everything about it!
